Spare Parts Technician – Industrial Vehicle Workshop / Trucks We are seeking to hire a **Spare Parts Technician** for our industrial mechanical workshop, specializing in the maintenance and repair of industrial vehicles and trucks. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the supply of spare parts and materials required for workshop repairs, ensuring accurate part identification, order management, and stock control. Main responsibilities * Identification and sourcing of spare parts for trucks and industrial vehicles. * Managing orders for parts and materials with suppliers. * Receiving, inspecting, and organizing spare parts. * Stock control and warehouse inventory management. * Tracking orders, delivery deadlines, and potential issues. * Coordinating with mechanics to identify parts required for each repair. * Researching alternative or equivalent spare parts when necessary. * Preparing and tracking part cost estimates. * Managing delivery notes, invoices, and related spare parts documentation. * Maintaining warehouse order and proper organization. * Monitoring material inflows and outflows. Preferred qualifications * Prior experience as a spare parts technician, warehouse manager for spare parts, or similar role. * Particularly valued: experience with industrial vehicles, trucks, or heavy machinery. * Knowledge of industrial vehicle mechanics and components. * Ability to identify part references and locate equivalent parts. * Proficiency with computer tools and spare parts management software. * Organized, responsible, and solution-oriented individual. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with workshop staff. * Experience in supplier management and procurement is advantageous.
