Currently we employ more than 27\.000 people worldwide across various business lines: plastics, metals, mechanical assemblies, and lighting systems. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure product and process quality in series production. * Participate in maintaining the quality system (process documentation, etc). * Conduct process audits according to VDA 6\.3 and LPA standards. * Represent the company to customers and prepare 8D reports. * Manage internal and external non-conformances, lead implementation of corrective and improvement actions. * Coordinate with external departments (OEMs, TIER1s) and internal client departments (product development and process production teams). **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization, Chemical Engineering, or similar. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive sector or similar as a Quality Engineer. * Language requirement: high level of English; knowledge of Italian and/or French is a plus. **Soft skills:** * Proactive individual with teamwork ability and adaptability to change. * Analytical mindset and rigor in data management. * Ability to generate creative solutions. * Synthesis capability, communication skills, and leadership. * Ability to interact and represent the company before customers and suppliers. **What do we offer?:** * Full-time temporary contract. * Dynamic and challenging environment.
