Responsibilities: Conduct **psychological, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral assessments** of residents. * Participate in the development and monitoring of the **Individualized Support Plan (PAI) / Individualized Intervention Plan (PIAI)**. * Deliver **individual and group interventions** to promote emotional well-being and maintain cognitive abilities. * Address situations involving **anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment difficulties, or behavioral disorders**. * Monitor individuals with **dementia or cognitive decline**. * Guide and support **families** facing emotional, behavioral, or adjustment challenges. * Advise the **interdisciplinary team** on communication strategies and behavioral management. * Participate in team meetings and in the **Person-Centered Care model**. * Prepare **psychological reports, assessments, and follow-up records**. * Coordinate, when necessary, with external **healthcare or mental health services**.
