Objective
We seek a person committed to education and socio-educational support of minors to deliver academic support and reinforcement sessions within our educational pathways.
The position offers the opportunity to work with diverse and heterogeneous groups, adapting activities to students’ varying levels and needs, thereby improving both their academic competencies and skills related to studying, autonomy, and personal development.
What will you do?
Design and deliver academic support and reinforcement sessions tailored to each student’s needs.
Develop transversal competencies such as study techniques, organization, and autonomy.
Identify and create attractive, innovative educational resources.
Incorporate technological tools and resources into activities.
Plan, organize, and monitor sessions.
Coordinate with other professional and volunteer team members to ensure comprehensive intervention.
Maintain timely communication with families.
Manage attendance records, databases, and activity documentation.
Prepare reports, summaries, and other follow-up documents.
Participate in the organization’s activities, events, and initiatives.
Contribute to creating an inclusive, discrimination-free educational environment, integrating a gender perspective into interventions.

**Profile:**
What are we looking for?
**A candidate with a university degree in:**
Primary Education Teaching.
Social Sciences or scientific fields, provided the qualification matches students’ needs.
For non-pedagogical degrees, specialized teaching training—such as the Official Master’s Degree in Teacher Training—will be valued.
Experience and knowledge
**We especially value:**
At least one year of experience in similar roles.
Experience in academic reinforcement and educational work with minors and families.
Experience working with individuals or groups at risk of social exclusion.
Proficiency in computer tools, Microsoft Office, and the Internet.
Ability to work collaboratively and facilitate group dynamics.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Membership in the Roma community.

Conditions
**Contract type:** Temporary replacement.
**Start date:** September 15, 2026\.
**Duration:** Until the end of the temporary replacement period.
**Working hours:** 18.75 hours per week.
**Salary:** As stipulated in the Collective Agreement of Fundación Secretariado Gitano, Level 8, prorated according to working hours. The full-time (37.5 h) reference salary is €21,448.60 gross per year.
**Mandatory requirement:** Certificate of Sexual Offense Convictions.
