Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production and CNC Operator to operate machinery, handle parts, assist in assembly and finishing tasks, and perform basic quality controls in Barcelona. Production and CNC Operator with Quality Control Support **Location: Barcelona** We are looking for a Production and CNC Operator with practical experience to support daily manufacturing activities. The candidate will primarily operate or assist in operating CNC machinery, handle parts during production, and collaborate on assembly and finishing tasks. The role will also include basic quality controls to ensure parts meet required specifications. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate or assist in operating CNC machinery and other production equipment. * Load and unload parts from machines. * Monitor machining cycles and report any issues related to the machine or production. * Perform basic machine adjustments and configurations as needed. * Inspect parts during and after production. * Support assembly, deburring, finishing, cleaning, packaging, and component preparation tasks. * Follow work orders, drawings, and production instructions. * Use basic measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. * Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to detect defects. * Report damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming parts to the supervisor or Quality team. * Record basic production and inspection results. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Comply with safety and quality procedures. **Requirements** * Prior experience in production, manufacturing, machining, or CNC machinery operation. * Basic knowledge of CNC machinery. * Ability to use basic measuring instruments. * Ability to interpret simple technical drawings and work instructions. * Basic understanding of quality control and defect identification. * Attention to detail and willingness to learn. * Ability to work in a hands-on production environment. * Basic computer skills are considered an advantage. * Experience with valves or industrial components is desirable but not mandatory. **Experience and Education** * 1–2 years of experience in production, machining, or CNC machinery operation is preferred. * Technical training in manufacturing, machining, mechanics, or a related field is considered advantageous. * Prior experience in quality inspection is helpful but not required. * Training on the company’s quality procedures and valve products will be provided. Experience: * Industrial production or manufacturing: 2 years (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
