The selected candidate will operate specific machinery, monitoring its performance to maintain the scheduled production pace and ensure products meet required quality standards. Daily tasks include making machine adjustments, executing format changes according to work orders, and resolving minor technical issues to prevent production stoppages. In addition to operational duties, the role includes quality control responsibilities: periodically inspecting finished products, identifying defects, and applying appropriate corrections. Subsequently, the candidate will handle palletizing and labeling, preparing products for storage or shipment. Work takes place in a modern industrial environment with state-of-the-art facilities, where effort and teamwork are valued, fostering a supportive and continuously learning atmosphere. A structured initial training of 30 unpaid hours is provided to gain proficiency with machinery and plant processes. The contract is temporary and involves rotating shifts. Prior production experience—either in the cardboard industry or other industrial sectors—is highly valued. At least 1 year of experience as an operator in this sector or other sectors. We require a committed, solution-oriented individual eager to learn and specialize in industrial machinery operation. Adaptability to rotating shifts and immediate availability are advantageous.
