Participate in Quality Assurance and manage non-conformities. **Production Manager** ---------------------- ### **Join our team and build the future of space technology** We´re expanding our team at Alén Space, and are looking for a Production Manager; **with passion in what you do**, talented and experienced; to coordinate the management and planning of CubeSat subsystem production while leading a team of production technicians. You will be involved in project planning, quality management, risk identification, and cross\-functional coordination with different departments to ensure the successful execution and delivery of products. #### **What you will be doing?** * Plan and coordinate production activities. * Support project planning and contribute to proposal preparation by providing expert knowledge of the technologies within the area. * Collaborate closely with other Team Managers and Project Managers in the development of projects and products. * Identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities. * Participate in the Quality Assurance System, reporting and managing non\-conformities within the area together with the Quality System Manager. * Review and approve product documentation prior to customer release. * Lead, manage, and develop the production team. #### **What do we need in our team** * Degree in a technical discipline such as Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. * Previous experience in production processes related to electronics manufacturing. * Previous experience in project management and team leadership. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
