We are recruiting a Production Engineer to join an industrial company. This position targets candidates with experience in production environments, interest in working closely with factory operations, and the ability to actively participate in improving production processes. Key responsibilities: Monitoring production activities and supporting daily factory operations. Analyzing production data and KPIs using Excel. Identifying and developing improvements in processes, work methods, and resources. Preparing and updating technical and production documentation. Collaborating with various departments involved in the manufacturing process. Supporting incident resolution and achievement of production targets. Participating in other technical tasks related to plant operations. ### **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification. Prior experience in production or a comparable industrial environment. Proficiency in Excel, to be verified through a practical test during the selection process. Ability to work autonomously and closely with factory operations. Collaborative, solution-oriented, and execution-focused profile. Interest in joining a hands-on, practically oriented industrial environment. Preferred qualifications: Approximately 3–5 years of experience in production-related roles. Additional training in production, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or industrial process management is valued. Knowledge of SolidWorks. Participation in projects aimed at improving production processes. Experience in small- to medium-sized industrial plants or structures. ### **What We Offer** What do we offer?
