Proud to be recognized as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work for in Spain by Forbes 2023 and by Actualidad Económica (El Mundo) as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work for in Spain 2024! **Mission** ---------- Serveo’s Organization and Human Resources Directorate is seeking a Human Resources Management Technician in Madrid whose primary mission will be to perform all administrative functions and tasks related to people management within their territorial scope and responsibilities, in accordance with guidelines from their People Management Manager, to ensure compliance with internal procedures and correct application of legal regulations. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Payroll management for assigned centers. * Preparation, calculation, and payment of payroll. * Management of wage garnishments and union dues. * Drafting and registration of employment contracts. * WINSUITE, RED System, SILTRA, DELTA, and workplace accident reporting via SAP HR management. * Preparation of employment contracts, certific@, contrat@. **Education** ------------- * Degree in Labor Relations or Law. **Requirements \- Knowledge** ------------------------------- * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience using SAP HR. **Requirements \- Languages** ------------------------- * Intermediate level of English (B2). **Requirements \- Experience** ----------------------------- * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an HR Administration Technician managing teams of approximately 600 employees. **Requirements \- Skills** ----------------------------- * Ability to satisfactorily distribute tasks among team members, adapting assignments to individual profiles and availability. * Flexibility to manage projects of vastly different origins, sizes, and importance. * Continuous collaboration with various organizational departments; leading teams to align personnel from other departments without direct reporting lines. * Proactive and solution-oriented attitude toward emerging conflicts, along with initiative in task and team management. * Must establish consistent guidelines and follow a structured, orderly process. **What do we offer you?** * **Permanent contract**: We offer you a long-term project within a leading infrastructure services company. * **Flexibility** to support work-life balance.
