Team collaboration to meet production standards. 3. Learning attitude and commitment to quality. We are seeking personnel to work in the painting section of a metal factory in Antequera. Tasks include preparing doors for painting (filling and sanding), inspecting products for defects, collaborating with the team to meet production standards, and keeping the work area clean and organized. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 15:30, with a 30-minute break. Initial employment is temporary for 3 months through a temporary employment agency, with potential transition to permanent staff afterward. Salary is paid according to the collective agreement. * Manual dexterity and ability to work with basic tools. * Learning attitude and commitment to quality. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. **Desirable:** * Experience in filling, sanding, or preparing parts for painting. * Basic knowledge of industrial painting.
