Position Summary: We are seeking a Packaging Technician for our Product Development team to ensure the technical feasibility, quality, and value of packaging. Key Responsibilities: 1. Packaging development that combines technical feasibility, quality, and value. 2. Collaboration with various teams and project tracking. 3. End-to-end supplier management and production validation. We are looking for a **Packaging Technician** to join our **Product Development** team. You will play a key role in developing our products, ensuring that each package integrates technical feasibility, quality, and consumer value proposition. Your main responsibilities will include: * Defining and ensuring the technical feasibility of packaging developments according to customer requirements. * Managing end-to-end development with suppliers, from selection through final validation. * Coordinating material and final artwork testing, sampling, and validation. * Overseeing the correct technical execution of designs and components. * Controlling costs and specifications while ensuring final product quality. * Supporting product launches by validating production start-up. * Vocational training. * Packaging or cosmetic industry training is an advantage. * Good command of English. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in an industrial environment or the cosmetic sector is advantageous.
