**Description:** ---------------- At **Grupo NS**, we are seeking an **OpenShift Administrator** with experience in operating cloud platforms and production environments to join a strategic **Cloud CaaS Platforms** project. The selected candidate will participate in the **management and support of the platform**, ensuring proper incident resolution, service restoration, and compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs). We seek a **technical, solution-oriented, and quality-focused profile**, with experience working in **OpenShift, Kubernetes, and automation environments**, and accustomed to **managing incidents in production environments.** ***What will be your mission?*** Ensure the availability and proper operation of the Cloud CaaS platform by diagnosing, tracking, and resolving incidents, as well as executing infrastructure and software changes and maintenance tasks.
