To complete our team, we seek a **Night Auditor** who will guarantee operational excellence during the night shift, blending warm, personalized guest service with rigorous management.

**Here are the main responsibilities of the role:**
* Manage front office operations during the night shift: check\-in, check\-out, reservations, room assignments, billing, and collections.
* Conduct nightly audit and daily production closing.
* Review and reconcile cash drawer.
* Provide personalized assistance to guests’ needs and resolve incidents during the night.
* Ensure security, tranquility, and proper functioning of the hotel during nighttime hours.
* Actively participate in hotel operations, including breakfast service, food & beverage, events, or other departments as required.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing ideas and optimizing processes.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational continuity and service excellence.
* Prepare daily reports and summaries for Management and Front Office teams.
* Guarantee compliance with quality standards, sustainability policies, and internal procedures.
* Actively contribute to continuous process improvement and enhanced guest experience.
**What do we expect from you?**
* Tourism-related education or equivalent qualification preferred.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within 4\* or higher category hotels.
* Knowledge of hotel operations, nightly audit, and guest service.
* Proficiency in computer tools and hotel property management systems (PMS).
* Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory (additional languages are valued).
* Organized, solution-oriented individual with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage incidents with sound judgment.
* Strong communication skills, discretion, and empathy.
* Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration capabilities.
