The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in MicroStrategy with excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills, helping transform business requirements into scalable analytical solutions. **Qualifications** * **4\+ years** of experience developing solutions with **MicroStrategy.** * 4\+ years of experience in technology consulting. * Proven experience in functional analysis and solution design. * Strong knowledge of: + Data modeling + ETL processes + Business Intelligence concepts and methodologies + Cloud and on\-premises architectures + Business strategy and KPI definition * Experience leading workshops, facilitating discussions, and gathering requirements from business stakeholders. * Strong understanding of MicroStrategy architecture and development best practices. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. **Languages** * English: Professional working proficiency (B2\+/C1\). * Spanish: Professional working proficiency (B2\+/C1\). **Additional Information** **What do we offer you?** * Full\-time or B2B contract * **Remote within Spain Time zone.** * Possibility to be part of a multicultural team and work on international projects. **If you are passionate about data, development \& tech, we want to meet you !** Talan Spain’s commitment to non\-discrimination based on gender, race, ideology, or any other reason, in accordance with the company’s "Equality Plan" and the current regulations on gender equality between women and men (Royal Decree\-Law 6/2019\).
