And that’s where you come in. **Job Description:** **Position:** * Maintenance Engineer for the Madrid\-Seville\-Malaga High\-Speed Line (LAV) safety facilities at the Atocha Maintenance Centre. **Qualifications:** * Technical Engineer / Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Telecommunications Engineering, with specialization in Electronics or related field. **Recommended Knowledge/Experience:** * Railway Signalling and Safety Systems * Preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic interlockings: Intersig L905, Westrace MKI, and Ence L90\. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of HITACHI point motors (L700H – L826H). * Preventive and corrective maintenance of Object Detection Systems using EDD and/or DCO fibre technology. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of Medium\-Voltage Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems (single\-phase and three\-phase). * Preventive and corrective maintenance of fire protection and air conditioning systems for technical building infrastructure. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of automatic train protection systems LZB \& ERTMS Hitachi. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of centralized traffic control systems CTC 1000 HITACHI and CTC systems based on Siemens/Dimetronic technology. * Maintenance of video surveillance and/or fixed telecommunications systems within ADIF networks (High\-Speed and/or conventional). * Preventive and corrective maintenance of train detection systems: * *Track circuits FTGS and/or FS3000\.* + *Siemens PCS track circuit concentration system and Hitachi ECBL system.* **Other Position Details:** * Shift work system according to operational requirements. * 7x24 on\-call duty system during periods without on\-site staff presence. * Preventive maintenance of field and cabin equipment across the Madrid\-Seville High\-Speed Line (LAV) infrastructure within the Atocha workplace. **Desirable:** * Temporary mobility to support national and international projects, with return to original location upon completion of assignment. **Thank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
