Job Summary: We are seeking a machine operator to monitor production, quality, and pace; perform adjustments; and supervise machinery operation in the paper industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration with the maintenance team We are looking for a machine operator for a paper industry company in Lleida. Main duties include monitoring production parameters, quality, and work pace; performing basic adjustments, machine startup and shutdown; supervising proper machine operation and detecting incidents. Collaboration with the maintenance team is also required when necessary, along with other duties inherent to the position. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, morning shift from 06:00 to 15:00, with legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience as an industrial machine operator, preferably in continuous production environments. * Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols. Experience in the paper industry is desirable. Residency near the workplace is also desirable. Fluent spoken and written Spanish. * Completed secondary education.
