This person will play a key role in technical decision-making and in directing high-impact AI projects. **Responsibilities** * Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models * Design scalable architectures for AI systems * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (data, product, engineering) * Supervise and mentor junior engineers * Ensure model quality, performance, and maintenance **Requirements** * Strong experience in machine learning and/or artificial intelligence * Proficiency in languages such as Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch * Experience leading technical teams * Knowledge of MLOps and deploying models into production * Communication and leadership skills Salary: €75,000.00 per year Benefits: * Training program * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Private health insurance Work Location: On-site employment
