Job stability We are seeking to incorporate into our team at Pinche Pecado Coffee Brunch \& Bakery (Arguineguín) a dynamic, responsible person with a positive attitude to work in a continuously growing project. We are a concept focused on specialty coffee, brunch, carefully crafted products, and fast service; therefore, we especially value organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and mise en place of ingredients prior to service. * Preparation and plating of brunch dishes, sandwiches, burgers, focaccias, bagels, and other menu items following technical sheets. * Support in preparing bakery and pastry products when required. * Monitoring and restocking raw materials during service. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas. * Washing and proper organization of utensils, equipment, and tableware. * Receiving, inspecting, and storing goods according to the FIFO system. * Monitoring expiration dates and ensuring correct food storage. * Strict compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP). * Collaboration with the rest of the team to ensure agile and high-quality service. * Support in kitchen opening and closing procedures. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in kitchens, brunch establishments, cafés, or the hospitality industry. * Agility, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work weekends and holidays.
