VRC is strengthening its Iberian team with a Key Account Manager specialized in VRC solutions. You will be responsible for developing business, identifying opportunities, and leading the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to contract closing. A high-impact role with real autonomy during a phase of accelerated growth. **Responsibilities** * Develop business and generate commercial opportunities for VRC solutions * Identify and develop VRC projects across various sectors and markets * Lead the full sales cycle: from lead generation to contract closing * Develop sales projects including design, simulation, layout, budgeting, and contractual negotiation * Create optimized solutions that deliver real value to the customer * Maintain continuous communication with customers and build long-term solid relationships **Profile** * Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent * More than 2 years of experience in sales and consulting within intralogistics * Demonstrated portfolio of sold projects * Experience in sales management, project management, and team leadership * In-depth knowledge of logistics processes * Entrepreneurial mindset and action orientation, results-driven * Autonomy, proactivity, and focus on success * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Clear focus on quality and fully meeting customer needs * Ability to build effective relationships across diverse contexts and teams * English and Portuguese at CEFR level B2 or higher **Work Modality** * 1/2 day(s) per week at the Madrid office * Remaining days spent visiting customers on-site * Frequent travel within the Iberian market **What We Offer** * Professional growth in an innovative and international environment * Experienced, collaborative, and knowledge-oriented team * Competitive salary, commissions, and benefits * Company car * Tools: Microsoft Office · Internal CRM
