We offer: * Salary: €19,160 + €1,800 bonus * Contract type: Permanent * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. * Work location: Emilio Vargas, 6 (Madrid) — (Occasionally, travel to Seseña (Toledo) may be required) * Flexible Compensation + Company Benefits. **Job Description** * Provide first-level technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, and corporate application incidents. * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, mobile devices, and peripherals, including preparing devices for new hires. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights, ensuring compliance with IT security policies. * Log, prioritize, and track incidents using the ticketing system, collaborating with other IT teams when necessary. * Perform preventive maintenance tasks, document technical procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and services. **Requirements** * Medium or Higher Vocational Training degree in Computer Science, Systems, or related fields. * Minimum prior experience in an IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support role. * Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, computer equipment management, ticketing tools, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, and printers). * Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical incidents, prioritize tasks, and deliver excellent user service. * Proactive, organized, solution-oriented individual with strong communication skills, internal customer orientation, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * English proficiency is a plus. * Interest in continuous learning and professional development within the IT field. **Additional Information** Join us and revolutionize the way vehicles are bought and sold!
