Job Description As a Hardware Support Technician at ProviSport, you will provide technical support related to equipment, devices, peripherals, sensors, basic networks, and systems integrated into our technological solution. You will join the SAT team, participating in the inspection, configuration, diagnosis, maintenance, and resolution of incidents concerning hardware, microcomputing, connectivity, basic electricity, and applied electronics. What will you do daily? * Diagnose and resolve incidents related to hardware, peripherals, and computing equipment. * Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks for computers, devices, and components. * Inspect and verify sensors, cabling, connections, and basic electronic elements. * Provide support for incidents involving basic networks, connectivity, and communications. * Assist with microcomputing tasks, assembly, replacement, and verification of equipment. * Identify basic electrical or electronic issues affecting device functionality. * Register, classify, and track tickets within the support system. * Document solutions, tests performed, and technical procedures. * Coordinate with other teams for incident escalation when necessary. * Contribute ideas to improve processes, response times, and service quality.
