You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Marketing Manager in Spain, our Brand & Design team, and our Sales team to position Skello as the go-to HR solution for shift-based businesses in Spain. And yes: these internships can lead to a permanent role for the right person. **Your role** Here, your creativity takes center stage. You’ll be responsible for creating and distributing content across all formats and channels for the Spanish market—with full freedom to experiment and try new things within brand guidelines. Your goal will be to capture attention, drive engagement, turn followers into fans, attract high-quality leads, and raise Skello’s profile. Whether it’s a LinkedIn carousel that makes people pause, a compelling blog post, or a 30-second video people want to share—you’ll give voice to those stories. If you understand social media language and how each channel communicates, you’ll fit right in. **Your mission** * Produce and edit photo and video content for social media; you’re comfortable using smartphones, AI tools, and editing software like Final Cut or CapCut. * Write and publish SEO-optimized blog posts, guides, and landing pages to drive organic growth and lead generation. * Create and manage social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok—including copy, visual assets, and short-form video. * Adapt and repurpose content across different formats and channels to maximize reach and efficiency. * Support digital marketing campaigns with content assets (ad copy, email copy, landing page content). * Manage our online community daily. * Contribute disruptive and creative ideas. **Your profile** * Native-level Spanish fluency, with strong English skills (French is a plus). * Minimum 1 year of experience creating content for social media. * Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content writing. * Comfortable creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok; you know what works on each platform. * Strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and format to channel and audience. * Proactive, curious, and self-motivated—with an owner’s mindset and creative spirit. * Basic graphic design knowledge is a plus. **Selection process** * Interview with Rosa, Recruitment Manager (30 min) * Interview with Laura, Digital Marketing Manager (30 min) * Practical content test * Interview with Maria and Marc, Head of Marketing and General Manager Spain (1h) **What we offer** * Offices in central Barcelona (WeWork) * Meal vouchers via Pluxee (50% covered by Skello) * Optional health insurance (Alan) * 23 vacation days \+ 5 additional days (our VRD \- Very Relaxing Days) * A personalized onboarding experience and investment in your continuous learning * A dynamic, young, international work environment that fosters teamwork * The opportunity to see the direct impact of your work and contribute to Skello’s success in Spain **Our culture** To achieve this mission, five values guide our mindset and actions.
