Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Trainee to ensure the operation, evolution, and adoption of corporate applications, acting as a bridge between technical teams and functional areas to drive continuous improvement and digital innovation. Key Highlights: 1. Support the management and continuous improvement of existing applications. 2. Participate in the design and implementation of new tools. 3. Collaborate with development teams to translate business needs. We are looking for an IT Trainee to join our tech team! **Mission** Ensure the proper operation, evolution, and adoption of corporate applications, guaranteeing that technological solutions effectively meet business needs. Act as a liaison between technical teams and functional areas to drive continuous improvement and digital innovation. **Responsibilities** * Application maintenance and evolution + Support the management, updating, and continuous improvement of existing applications. + Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities. * Digital solution development + Identify needs across various business areas and transform them into technological solutions. + Participate in the design and implementation of new tools and applications. * Analysis and reporting + Prepare reports on the performance of current applications and new implementations. + Analyze usage, efficiency, and adoption KPIs to support decision-making. * User support and training + Support users during the adoption of new tools. + Design and draft technical documentation, guides, and training materials. + Deliver training sessions when required. * Collaboration with development teams * + Support the technical team in defining and evolving digital products. + Translate business needs into functional requirements. * + Validate solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives. Click to view **Requirements:** * Studying/Graduated in Computer Engineering and/or related field. * Knowledge of Structured Programming. * Knowledge of SQL and databases. * Familiarity with MS Power Platform is desirable. * English level B2. * Strong teamwork skills. * Resilience, proactivity, and initiative. * Strong incident resolution skills.
