Installation Coordinator

Description

A company specializing in the sale and installation of solar protection systems is seeking to hire an **Installation Coordinator** to manage and coordinate the daily work of our **in-house installation team**. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning installations, organizing resources, monitoring job progress, handling incidents, and processing invoices for completed installations. Responsibilities * Plan and coordinate daily routes and tasks for the installation team. * Assign installations based on priorities and availability. * Coordinate installation dates with clients when necessary. * Monitor the status of each installation. * Resolve technical and organizational issues arising during job execution. * Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service departments. * Review documentation for completed installations. * Manage invoicing for executed installations. * Prepare progress reports and monitor execution deadlines. Requirements * Experience coordinating installation teams, construction projects, or technical service teams. * Ability to plan tasks and manage priorities. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Experience with ERP or management software is desirable. * Experience in companies involved in installation, construction, metal carpentry, aluminum, or solar protection systems is desirable.
