**Sewing Machine Operator for Bags and Backpacks — Industrial Machine** We are seeking an experienced sewing machine operator to join our bag and backpack manufacturing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the complete assembly of components: material preparation, cutting and sewing according to patterns, lining assembly, zippers and other accessories installation, and quality inspection of seams and finishes prior to delivery. **Requirements:** Proven experience in leather goods manufacturing, preferably applied to bags, backpacks or similar items. Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines and basic knowledge of their maintenance. Attention to detail regarding finishes, linings, closures and reinforcements. Organized individual with strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to meet production targets. Ownership of a personal industrial sewing machine is a plus.
