At present, as a recruitment consultancy, we are seeking for our client an **Industrial Maintenance Technician** **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute and ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance plan established in the CMMS. * Coordinate with Production to leverage line stoppages for inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and other preventive tasks. * Prioritize corrective actions when required by production conditions, keeping the Maintenance and Automation Manager informed. * Ensure that tasks assigned to the shift are completed on time and correctly, reporting and justifying any tasks not carried out. * Verify that interventions conclude properly, leaving areas clean, orderly, operational, and with all safety guards and protective devices correctly installed. * Maintain the workshop, tools, spare parts, and materials according to standards of order, cleanliness, and the 5S methodology. * Receive, identify, label, organize, and correctly store spare parts and materials received during the shift. * Identify and report recurring failures, collaborating with Maintenance and Engineering to define more robust solutions. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and industrial safety standards during all interventions. * Immediately halt any intervention and report any situation posing potential risk to personnel, machinery, or facilities. * Report relevant incidents, pending tasks, and identified needs during the shift to the direct supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** * Medium or Higher Vocational Training in Electromechanical Maintenance, Mechatronics, or equivalent. * Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance. * Experience in failure diagnosis and basic interpretation of technical drawings. * Proficiency in using hand tools and measurement equipment. * Experience using CMMS systems. * Basic spare parts management knowledge. * Familiarity with the 5S methodology and industrial safety standards. * Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills. * Problem-solving ability, initiative, and responsibility. * Communication skills, teamwork, and results orientation. * Ability to coordinate operational tasks and commitment to order, safety, and continuous improvement. **WHAT DOES THE COMPANY OFFER?** * Join a well-established industrial company engaged in continuous improvement projects. * A stable position with direct impact on production and facility reliability. * Participation in defining technical solutions alongside Maintenance and Engineering teams. * A work environment committed to safety, order, and the 5S methodology. * Professional development within a technically evolving and technologically advancing field. * Working hours: + Morning shift: 6:00–14:00. + Afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00. * One Saturday per month on morning shift. * On-call duty associated with the worked Saturday, requiring availability to respond if notified.
