Join our team, where every day presents an opportunity to create and promote unique experiences for our guests. **Requirements:** --------------- **Responsibilities:** * Welcome customers * Accurately inform customers of their waiting time and manage the waiting list * Manage reservations * Escort customers to their table or bar * Provide menus and indicate the waiter/waitress assigned to them * Bid farewell to customers upon departure * Coordinate with service staff regarding available tables * Keep the reception area clean * Attend to customers requiring additional assistance * Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries and complaints * Support waiters/waitresses as needed **Required Competencies and Profile:** * Education in Hospitality/Catering/Public Relations * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Waiter/Waitress or Host/Hostess * Strong organizational and customer service skills * Advanced English proficiency. Additional languages are valued.
