Opportunity to represent the company directly with international guests At **Marbella in Style**, a premium vacation rental and hospitality company, we are looking for a **Guest Experience Host** to join our team. This role is focused on providing a professional, warm and high\-quality in\-person guest experience across our managed villas and apartments. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, carrying out in\-person check\-ins and selected check\-outs, supporting guests on\-site when needed, and coordinating with our operations team to ensure every arrival feels smooth, personal and well organised. This is a **guest\-facing, field\-based hospitality role**, not an office\-only position. **About Marbella in Style** Marbella in Style manages a curated portfolio of villas and apartments in Marbella, Estepona and Benahavís. We combine high\-quality vacation rental management with concierge\-level guest service, local expertise and direct property operations. Our goal is to deliver a seamless experience for guests while maintaining strong standards for the properties we manage. **Key Responsibilities** **Guest Check\-ins** * Welcome guests at villas and apartments in a professional and friendly manner * Carry out in\-person check\-ins and property walkthroughs * Explain key property features such as access, alarm, air conditioning, Wi\-Fi, appliances and house rules * Ensure guests feel comfortable and informed before leaving the property * Identify and report any issues noticed during the arrival process **Check\-outs \& Property Departures** * Assist with selected guest departures when required * Carry out basic post\-departure checks * Report visible damages, missing items or relevant issues * Coordinate with housekeeping or operations when follow\-up is needed **Guest Experience Support** * Provide on\-site support to guests when physical presence is required * Help resolve basic guest questions or arrival\-related issues * Escalate technical, housekeeping or operational issues to the correct internal team * Maintain a calm, professional and solution\-oriented approach with guests **Pre\-arrival Property Checks** * Carry out basic guest\-facing checks before arrivals when needed * Confirm that access, keys, remotes and instructions are ready * Check that the property is presentable from the guest’s point of view * Ensure welcome details are correctly prepared where applicable **Internal Coordination** * Work closely with the **Operations \& Guest Experience Coordinator** * Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping and office teams when required * Keep clear notes after check\-ins, check\-outs or guest interactions * Report relevant information promptly and accurately **Profile** We are looking for someone who is: * Naturally guest\-oriented and service\-minded * Warm, professional and confident with international guests * Calm under pressure and able to handle unexpected situations * Well presented, punctual and reliable * Organised and able to manage several arrivals or tasks in one day * Comfortable working independently while staying connected with the team * Practical, proactive and solution\-oriented **Requirements** * Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, front office, concierge, events, vacation rentals or similar guest\-facing roles * Strong communication skills in **English and Spanish** * Additional languages are highly valued * Good local knowledge of Marbella, Estepona and Benahavís is a plus * Comfortable using mobile apps, WhatsApp and digital tools for reporting and coordination * Valid driving licence required * Must currently live in or near **Marbella, Estepona or Benahavís** * Availability to work rotating weekends **Working Conditions** * Full\-time position * On\-site / field\-based role * Main working hours will be focused around guest departures and arrivals * Typical schedule may start around late morning and extend into the afternoon/evening depending on arrivals * Regular weekend shifts will be part of the role, with days off scheduled accordingly * Company vehicle provided for work\-related travel **What This Role Is Not** This is not a cleaning role, maintenance role or office\-only administrative position.
