What will your day-to-day look like? * Welcoming our guests with warmth, authenticity, and professionalism. * Managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. * Accompanying guests throughout their stay — anticipating their needs and creating memorable experiences. * Acting as a true concierge, sharing personal recommendations and helping guests discover Barcelona like a local. * Coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other team members to deliver an impeccable experience. * Handling phone calls, emails, and department-specific administrative tasks. * Monitoring room status and reporting any issues. * Keeping the lobby and common areas always welcoming and well-maintained. * Closing your shift and ensuring smooth handover of information to the next team. We’re looking for someone who... * Enjoys client-facing work and has a genuine vocation for hospitality. * Is positive, solution-oriented, and organized. * Communicates effectively and builds trust easily with guests and colleagues. * Remains calm and prioritizes well when juggling multiple tasks. * Pays attention to small details — knowing they’re what make the difference. * Has strong Spanish and English language skills. Additional languages are valued. * Has prior experience in hotel front desk/reception. * Holds a degree or training in Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field (preferred). * Is available to work rotating shifts.
