The Society of Surveyors and Genealogists United for Research (Renseignement) (SEGUR) is the first group of genealogists dedicated specifically to locating heirs and beneficiaries in the field of successions and vacant inheritances. To support its expansion, the genealogy firm **SEGUR** is seeking **Franchise Directors (M/F)** to open several agencies across Spain. As a franchisee, the candidate will have access to all the advantages offered by the network. SEGUR will provide the necessary tools and training to practice as a genealogist within the assigned territory (one or several regions). **Main Responsibilities:** \- Present services to lawyers \- Coordinate assigned investigations \- Locate heirs through databases, town halls, and national and international departmental and archival records \- Contact heirs to formalize contractual relationships, represent them once their rights have been verified, and safeguard the optimal defense of those rights \- Monitor estate settlements with notaries (inventory, movable and immovable assets) \- Regularize documents requiring signature (act of notoriety, purchase agreement, sale deed, inheritance declaration, application for reduction of penalties, distribution account, etc.) **Candidate Profile:** The candidate must be an independent, persevering individual with strong interpersonal and commercial skills, as well as aptitude for research and for developing alliances within a network. Additionally, the candidate must possess a strong sense of responsibility and knowledge of succession law and family law, either through formal education or professional experience. A minimum of a **university degree equivalent to a Bachelor's degree** in Law, Notarial Studies, Legal Sciences, or Genealogy is required. Finally, the candidate must have a **clean criminal record** and a **Category B driver's license**. Salary: Starting from €100,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
