We continuously innovate to deliver solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. **What are we looking for?** We are currently seeking a person to supervise and ensure the proper execution of production activities during their shift, guaranteeing compliance with the manufacturing plan, as well as quality, safety, and productivity standards. **Responsibilities:** * Organize and allocate work among shift personnel. * Supervise the proper functioning of production processes and adherence to manufacturing orders. * Coordinate team activities to ensure achievement of production targets. * Provide technical support to operational staff in resolving issues related to the production process and machinery. * Identify deviations in quality, productivity, or safety and implement timely corrective actions. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Foreman or Shift Supervisor in a textile company. * Knowledge of textile manufacturing and weaving processes. * Basic operation and adjustment of industrial machinery. **What we offer:** * The opportunity to join a company experiencing continuous growth. * A full-time indefinite contract. * Start date: end of August.
