We are currently seeking to hire an experienced operator (preferably a First Officer) to join our team. The selected candidate will participate in the manufacturing, assembly, and repair of fiberglass components for vessels — including molds, structures, bulkheads, decks, and interiors — playing a key role in constructing high-technical-value projects. Join one of Southern Europe’s reference shipyards! **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **\- Personal means of transportation.** **\- Residence within close proximity to the workplace (25 km or less).** **\- Valid and current work permit for Spain.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Surface preparation (sanding, cleaning, repair, and leveling). \- Application of fillers, sealants, and paints. \- Operation of painting equipment (airless and compressor spray guns), as well as other manual and electric tools. \- Execution of fine finishes on interior and exterior surfaces. \- Quality verification, compliance with safety regulations, and occupational health and safety (PRL). \- Maintenance and cleaning of the work area and tools. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** \- Practical knowledge of surface preparation and paint/filler application on composites. \- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. \- Precision and attention to detail. \- Ability to work both collaboratively in teams and independently, as well as cooperatively with other technical departments within the shipyard. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS (NOT MANDATORY):** \- Experience in sectors such as marine, aerospace, or automotive. **WE OFFER** \- Job stability. \- Opportunities for professional development. \- A positive working environment and a highly qualified team. **WORK SCHEDULE:** \- Monday to Thursday: 07:00–13:00 (with a 30-minute breakfast break), and 14:30–17:00. \- Friday: 06:45–14:00 (with a 15-minute breakfast break).
