We are seeking a factory operator for a modern, automated industrial environment in Valverde del Majano, Segovia province. The role begins in the warehouse, organizing materials and handling goods with a forklift truck. A structured learning plan is in place to gradually transition you to the automated production line, where you will operate machinery via computer using simple systems. Your responsibilities include opening work orders, loading processes, and promptly identifying stoppages or blockages. You will not be required to lift heavy loads, as all processes are designed to minimize physical effort. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts specifically designed to help you effectively balance your personal and professional life. The work atmosphere is collaborative and well-organized, with a stable team where you will feel comfortable. Continuous training is provided to support your progression within the role—from warehouse duties to production tasks—at a steady, unhurried pace. Everything takes place within a safe and efficient industrial process, featuring clear working conditions and an agreeable work environment. Previous experience in warehouse or industrial production environments is required. A valid forklift operator license and driving license type B are mandatory. Candidates must possess basic computer user-level proficiency to operate control information systems.
