Training, mentoring, and professional development ELECTROMECHANIC TECHNICIAN at Natural Jamón (formerly Ventolà), a company specializing in cured products and part of the weRfoods group, seeks to incorporate an Electromechanic Technician to strengthen our Preventive Maintenance team at our La Canya (Olot) plant. Our manufacturing processes combine tradition, quality, and continuous improvement to deliver top-quality products, guaranteeing the highest food safety standards and industrial efficiency. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION? Ensure the proper operation of facilities and production equipment by performing preventive maintenance tasks, efficiently resolving incidents, and implementing technical improvements that support production continuity and efficiency. WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? - Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and facilities. - Detect, analyze, and correct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures. - Execute continuous improvement tasks on production lines and facilities. - Perform diagnostics and repairs to minimize downtime. - Interpret electrical, mechanical, and technical schematics. - Record all interventions in the corresponding maintenance software. - Collaborate with Production and Quality departments to ensure proper process operation. - Participate in commissioning of new facilities and equipment. - Comply with safety, quality, environmental, and occupational risk prevention procedures. - Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation, tools, and workshop. - Report any incidents or anomalies detected to the Preventive Maintenance Manager. * Minimum 3 years’ experience.
