Manage your store by delivering the best service and products to customers while leading your team to train and support their growth as fresh-product professionals. **How will you do it?** * You will care for and develop your staff, overseeing their professional growth. * You will communicate and align your team with the company’s core pillars and strategies to achieve established goals. * You will conduct commercial analyses to identify improvement opportunities and enhance your store’s results and objectives. * You will train your team and equip them with tools to become autonomous. **What will make you succeed in this role?** * Your experience in team management will be essential to lead and support your team effectively. * Experience in full business/store management to carry out commercial analyses aligned with the company’s strategic pillars. * A nonconformist, challenge-driven mindset, accustomed to working with sales targets and KPIs. * A solution-oriented personality capable of comprehensively managing a retail point of sale. * Flexibility in working hours to adapt to store schedules and operational needs. **What does the selection process look like?** 1\) In the first stage, you’ll have an interview with HR, during which we’ll explain our project, the responsibilities involved, and the conditions we can offer. 2\) In the second stage, you’ll meet with the Regional Manager — your direct supervisor — to get acquainted and clarify any questions you may have. 3\) In the third stage, you’ll have the final interview with the Retail Director. **Why join Ametller Origen?** * Leadership: You’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and integrating your staff.
