If you are motivated by working on impactful projects, growing professionally, and contributing value through your experience, **this is the right place for you**. **Your Mission** As a **DevOps Engineer**, your mission will be to **design an ecosystem where software flows continuously, securely, and scalably—eliminating manual bottlenecks and ensuring infrastructure is as flexible as the code it supports**, thereby contributing to business and people development while aligning your work with company strategy. **What You’ll Do Daily:** * Optimize the flow from commit to production by **designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines** * **Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Management**: Manage resources via code to ensure reproducible environments. * **Monitoring and Observability**, implementing solutions to detect issues before they affect end users. * Integrate security controls at every stage of the process. * Act as a bridge between Development and QA teams. **Requirements** * Education: University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Systems Engineering; or Higher Vocational Training in Networked Systems Administration * Minimum 4 years of experience in dedicated DevOps, Cloud Engineer, or similar roles. * Technical Skills: + Proficiency in **Java (SpringBoot), Node, .Net, React, Angular, etc**. + Experience with **Selenium**, **Cypress**. + Solid experience in cloud environments (**Azure**) + Proficiency in **Docker** and orchestration with **Kubernetes** + Experience with **Terraform** + Familiarity with tools such as **Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub**, etc. + Ability to automate tasks using **Python** + Knowledge of **Jira, Confluence** + Advanced Linux operating system administration. * High level of English (C1\) **Highly Valued** * Experience working in Agile environments * Analytical ability to resolve critical incidents * Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. **What We Offer** * Stable / innovative / international project aligned with your expertise. * Permanent contract. * Work modality: Hybrid, depending on the project. * Flexible working hours. * Recognition program — the 3 C’s (Commitment, Communication, Customer Orientation), with monetary incentives for winners. * Career development plan and continuous training.
