In ACCIONA's Internship Program, you will become part of teams that will involve you in projects from day one, supported by experts who will help you develop your skills and participate in the daily operations of a global company. ACCIONA, within its Facility Services division, is seeking an intern for its Madrid office. Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES:* Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM), classify activities according to Value-Added (VA) or Non-Value-Added (NVA). * Analyze times, processes, and methods used (MTM methodology). * Identify relevant KPIs and generate dashboards. Preparation of executive project reports. * Verify productivity (performance) and inefficiencies. * Propose improvement plans. * Correlate mapping with the Management System used or to be implemented. * Technical visit to plant. * Develop Standard Operation Sheets. CONDITIONS:* 6-month paid internship. * 35-hour weekly working schedule. * Location: Madrid. Candidate Requirements* Currently in the final year of higher technical engineering studies: Industrial Technologies Engineering, Organization Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc. * Advanced level of English.
