We're looking for a Content Creator - Video Production with a passion for storytelling and who enjoys the world of visual production. If you have a keen eye for aesthetics, love working with lighting and visual composition, and have experience creating high-quality content, we'd love to meet you! ### **Main Responsibilities** **Content Production** * Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video and photo content tailored to different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). * Collaborate closely with the creative team to bring concepts and ideas to life. * Ensure all content aligns with the brand's visual identity and quality standards. **Production Execution** * Manage pre-production tasks such as creating mood boards, scouting locations, and setting up lighting and equipment. * Coordinate with external collaborators (models, stylists, photographers) when necessary. * Take responsibility for on-set operations, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality results. **Creative Contribution** * Collaborate with the creative team in generating ideas and innovative content formats. * Stay updated on trends in visual storytelling, lighting techniques, and social media content. **Post-Production** * Edit videos and photos, applying color correction, effects, and sound as needed. * Adapt content for different platforms, ensuring it meets technical and performance requirements. **Organization and Delivery** * Maintain an organized workflow for projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials. * Keep production files and content libraries well-structured for easy team access. ### **What You’ll Bring** * Proven experience in video production, photography, and editing. * Strong skills in lighting, composition, and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects). * A portfolio showcasing a variety of content, from social media clips to more elaborate brand videos. * Ability to work independently, solve problems on the fly, and adapt to dynamic environments. * Passion for creativity and strong attention to detail. * **Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken).** ### **Desired Qualifications** * Over 5 years of experience in content creation, preferably for lifestyle, food, or hospitality brands. * Familiarity with social media trends and platform-specific content creation. * Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation is a plus. * Stable contract offered and growth opportunities within an expanding group.
