The candidate must have hands-on experience in MAZAK machine-side programming and operation of MAZAK CNC lathes. The primary responsibility is to produce parts on CNC lathes using the MAZAK programming language and interpreting engineering drawings. Responsibilities include machining parts, verifying dimensional tolerances, performing machine adjustments and modifications, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, managing consumables inventory, collaborating with the production team, and performing precision machining according to technical specifications. Candidates must have at least five years of prior experience in MAZAK programming, a higher vocational qualification in mechanical manufacturing, knowledge of CNC programming and engineering drawing interpretation, ability to apply quality standards, proficiency in using dimensional inspection tools, and availability to work rotating shifts.
