Concentrix is seeking an experienced **Cloud Security Architect (CSA)** specializing in **Microsoft 365 Security, Identity, Compliance, and Data Protection** to lead enterprise security transformation initiatives for strategic customers. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping organizations adopt and optimize **Microsoft 365 E5 Security \& Compliance workloads**, modernize identity management through **Microsoft Entra ID**, and implement advanced governance, compliance, and information protection solutions using **Microsoft Purview**. **Technology Focus:** Microsoft 365 E5, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender XDR, Compliance \& Data Security **Key Responsibilities** ======================== **Microsoft 365 Security Strategy \& Architecture** --------------------------------------------------- * Design enterprise\-scale Microsoft 365 Security architectures. * Lead security modernization initiatives aligned with Zero Trust principles. * Conduct architecture reviews, security assessments, and risk analysis workshops. * Develop security roadmaps and transformation strategies. * Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 E5 Security and Compliance capabilities. **Identity \& Access Management (Entra ID)** -------------------------------------------- * Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID solutions. * Architect hybrid identity environments integrating Active Directory and Entra ID. * Implement: + Conditional Access + Multi\-Factor Authentication (MFA) + Identity Protection + Privileged Identity Management (PIM) + Identity Governance + Access Reviews + Lifecycle Workflows * Lead identity security and modernization programs. * Support customers in moving toward passwordless authentication strategies. **Microsoft Purview – Data Security \& Compliance** --------------------------------------------------- Lead implementation and adoption of: ### **Information Protection** * Sensitivity Labels * Auto\-labeling * Encryption Policies * Rights Management ### **Data Loss Prevention (DLP)** * Endpoint DLP * Exchange DLP * Teams DLP * SharePoint \& OneDrive DLP ### **Data Governance** * Data Lifecycle Management * Records Management * Retention Policies * Retention Labels ### **Risk \& Insider Protection** * Insider Risk Management * Adaptive Protection * Communication Compliance * Risk Mitigation Programs ### **Compliance Management** * Compliance Manager * Regulatory Assessments * Audit Programs * Evidence Collection Frameworks ### **eDiscovery \& Investigations** * eDiscovery Standard * eDiscovery Premium * Legal Hold * Records Preservation * Audit Search **Microsoft Defender Security Integration** ------------------------------------------- Integrate compliance and identity controls with: * Microsoft Defender for Endpoint * Microsoft Defender for Identity * Microsoft Defender for Office 365 * Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps * Defender XDR Drive unified Security Operations (SOC) and incident response capabilities. **Customer Advisory \& Consulting** ----------------------------------- * Serve as primary technical advisor for strategic customers. * Lead executive and technical workshops. * Present security strategies to C\-Level and IT leadership. * Support customer security governance boards. * Deliver business outcome\-driven recommendations. **Required Qualifications** =========================== * 10–15\+ years of experience in Enterprise Security and Identity Management. * 5\+ years working with Microsoft Security and Compliance technologies. * Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 E5 transformation projects. * Experience leading enterprise security architecture engagements. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
