You will be responsible for transforming newly acquired premises into a world\-class office experience, ensuring that all complex building systems — from power supply to advanced climate control — are managed to the highest standards. You will act as the "Property Representative", guaranteeing zero downtime for our critical infrastructure. You will be accountable for the long\-term value and resilience of the asset, going beyond day\-to\-day maintenance towards strategic asset management and decarbonisation. You will report directly to the Head of Global Business Services, who serves as the primary stakeholder for local infrastructure and employee safety, and will also have a key local line manager: the Ebury León Director.
