Oxigent Technologies is seeking a **BUDGET MANAGER (ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS)** to join a stable project based in **Salt (Girona)**. If selected, your mission will be to lead the industrial installations estimation department, coordinating a team of 4 technicians and defining new methodologies, templates, and tools to ensure the profitability and feasibility of each project. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * **Lead, coordinate, and supervise** the budgeting and technical office team (4 people). * **Prepare, review, and validate** comprehensive industrial installation budgets (materials, labor, equipment, subcontracting, costs, and margins). * **Design and systematize methodologies**, calculation templates, and criteria to professionalize the estimation department. * **Analyze the technical\-economic feasibility** of electrical and mechanical projects (LV/MV, switchboards, cabling, automation). * **Coordinate with construction, procurement, and production**, providing technical support for incidents, deviations, or scope changes. **What qualifications do you need?** * **Technical education:** Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (CFGS Industrial/Electrical qualifications with extensive experience are also valued). * **Proven experience:** Minimum 5\-6 years in estimation, budgeting, or technical office roles for electrical and/or mechanical installations in the industrial sector. * **Management experience:** Prior experience **coordinating teams** or acting as a technical reference in a technical office. * **Technical knowledge:** Proficiency in reading drawings/schematics, cost calculation, and concepts related to industrial installations (LV/MV, switchboards, conduits). * **Valid driver's license** **What do we offer?** * **Permanent contract** through Oxigent Technologies * **Salary according to experience:** Between **€35,000 and €37,000 gross annually**. * **Working hours:** Full-time on-site (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). * **Training voucher** to develop professionally in areas of greatest interest to you. * **Private health insurance.** * **Flexible compensation** applicable to health insurance, meals, transportation, childcare, and training. * Access to gyms and sports activities across Spain with discounts. * And many other benefits!
