For this scholarship, we are looking for recently graduated individuals in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any similar degree, or those pending completion of their final degree project, to join through a scholarship the **Operations** department in Granadilla de Abona. **What does the Unit do?** Operations Department: Manages the startup, shutdown, and operation of power generation units in Tenerife, as well as water plants and environmental control systems. **What will you collaborate on?** Learn safety procedures for personnel and environmental protection. Learn the composition of different power generation units along with their auxiliary systems. Learn control system fundamentals related to operation, programming, and implement examples. Learn the water cycle of a thermal power plant. Collaborate in failure analysis and facility improvements. **What education and knowledge will be considered?** Bachelor's degree in electricity, electronics, mechanics, or naval machinery. Spanish, English. Additional knowledge/skills: * Office software, analysis of diagrams and blueprints. **What do we offer?** Internships at ENDESA, **SWING Program:** * Monthly study allowance of 900.00 € gross. * Schedule: Hybrid \- Full-time. * Work location in Spain: Spain\-Granadilla de Abona\-Pg Indus. de Granadilla Km. 50\. Endesa scholarships last 12 months and consist of two parts: Practical Training in the Company and Academic Training. The Practical Training at the company involves full-time work from Monday to Friday, includes 22 working days of annual leave, and provides a monthly study allowance of 900€ gross.
