Description

Bar and terrace server for "La Fabrica" Hotel 4****S, plus occasional shifts at the restaurant. A new project where we aim to become a reference hotel in the Maresme region and focus significantly more on local customers than we have done so far. We strongly emphasize sustainability and locally sourced products, as well as vegetarian cuisine and culinary excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Serve customers in German, English, French — especially English, requiring C1 level proficiency to formalize sales \- Clean the kitchen area daily, including the griddle. \- Restock refrigerated chambers daily to ensure all beverages are chilled for the following day. \- Set tables for meal/service menus, take orders, and serve meals and drinks on trays for up to 50 guests per day. \- Prepare drinks and cocktails sold by each server to their customers and serve them on trays. We seek professional bar servers and/or bartenders with experience in 4****S-category hotels. Gross salary including pro-rated extra payments.
