Job Summary: We are seeking a production operator for assembly and maintenance of lines in the food industry, with responsibilities including supervision, adjustment, and proposal of improvements. Support in self-maintenance reports and improvement initiatives In Montblanc, we are looking for a person to perform assembly tasks in the food sector. Duties include assembling and disassembling production lines, as well as supervising their proper operation. The candidate will also be responsible for performing necessary adjustments to ensure proper line startup, and for maintaining both the lines and machinery in good order. Additionally, they will provide support in self\-maintenance reporting and line preparation, and may propose improvements related to their role. A full-time contract is offered, with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), Monday through Saturday. Working hours are eight hours per day, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum one year of prior experience as a Production Operator in the food industry. * Prior experience in maintenance and assembly tasks for production lines. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. Vocational training in Maintenance, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
