Real opportunities for learning and professional development. **Architecture / Interior Design – Retail (National and International Expansion)** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **About the Role** We are looking for an initiative-driven, curious individual eager to grow professionally within an Architecture department undergoing active national and international expansion. You will actively contribute to the development and execution of store opening, renovation, and brand image evolution projects, bringing both technical capability and a proactive attitude to drive departmental initiatives. We seek someone autonomous, with sound judgment and strong learning ability—someone who enjoys tackling new challenges, researching solutions, proposing improvements, and actively contributing to project evolution beyond assigned tasks. ### **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Participate in the development of store opening, renovation, and maintenance projects across the store network. * Prepare layout drawings, preliminary designs, and technical documentation (as\-built). * Manage and track technical documentation and project archives. * Coordinate signage projects: documentation, budgeting, and installation follow-up. * Collaborate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams during project development. * Support budget management, procurement, and incident tracking. * Participate in furniture development, material selection, and brand image evolution. * Assist in preparing documentation, site visits, and meetings as needed. ### **What We Are Looking For** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Interior Architecture. * 1–2 years of experience in renovations, construction, or project development (retail experience is a plus). **Technical Skills** * Advanced AutoCAD. * Advanced SketchUp (basic V\-Ray is a plus). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). * Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation. * Basic knowledge of construction execution. **Competencies** * Autonomy and self-management capability. * Project organization and end-to-end follow-up until closure. * Proactivity and initiative to propose improvements. * Problem-solving mindset and results orientation. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Strong communication and coordination skills. ### **What We Offer** * Integration into a close-knit, dynamic, and growing team. * Participation in national and international expansion projects. * High degree of autonomy and responsibility from day one. * Real opportunities for learning and professional development. * Involvement in the evolution of the brand’s visual identity and physical spaces.
