At Savills Spain, an international real estate consultancy, we seek to hire an Architect (Building) to join our Architecture Division based at our Madrid offices. Responsibilities: * Comprehensive development of architectural projects from the conceptual phase through to completion of the Construction Project. * Modeling and documentation of projects using Revit (BIM). * Preparation of drawings, reports, construction details, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation. * Coordination across various technical disciplines (structures, installations, and external consultants). * Management of urban planning procedures for projects, including permits, responsible declarations, and other applicable administrative processes. * Coordination and supervision of external consultants or specialists when urban planning procedures are handled by third parties. * Monitoring compliance with current urban planning, technical, and building regulations. * Liaison with clients, public administrations, and competent authorities. * Technical support during the construction phase and resolution of issues as required. * Planning and monitoring of project timelines, ensuring adherence to key milestones. Requirements * Degree in Higher Architecture. * Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture firms developing building projects. * Proven experience in end-to-end project development, from design through to the Construction Project. * Knowledge of urban planning regulations and the Spanish Building Technical Code (CTE). * Experience managing urban planning permits, responsible declarations, and related administrative procedures for project development. * Software: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM methodology. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with tools such as Navisworks, BIM Collaborate, Rhino, Enscape, or similar is desirable.
