You will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the proper execution of accounting processes, guaranteeing the accuracy of our financial records and full compliance with all necessary administrative, legal, and tax requirements. **WHAT YOU’LL DO️** * Perform accounting entries (full accounting cycle), including journal entries, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, petty cash, monthly accruals and provisions. * Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R), process invoices, execute payments, and proactively monitor collections. * Maintain up-to-date account reconciliations to provide a reliable view of the company’s financial position. * Support monthly and annual closings, maintaining smooth communication with our tax advisor to ensure compliance with accounting standards. * Actively participate in monthly and annual VAT management across the six countries where we operate, and support the company’s annual audit. * Directly coordinate with the Sales team to execute the monthly B2B invoicing process for all markets, and support them with analysis and reporting of B2B services. * Assist in the budgeting process and provide clear reports to relevant teams on monthly budget variances. * Manage service contracts and amendments for both suppliers and B2C/B2B clients—acting autonomously while coordinating with our legal advisor when necessary. * Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required. **ABOUT YOU ✅** * University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting and Finance. A Master’s in Accounting or Auditing is a plus. * Minimum **2 years of proven experience** in administration/accounting. Audit experience is a significant advantage. * Solid knowledge of the **Spanish General Chart of Accounts (PGC/NPGC)** and relevant accounting standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word. * Practical experience with Contaplus/SAGE or another major accounting ERP system. * Advanced Spanish and intermediate (or higher) English proficiency. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally. * Strong organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines without losing sight of strategic objectives. * Experience working in an international and multicultural environment. * Potential to assume greater responsibilities in the future. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Competitive salary. * Flexible working hours: early finish on Fridays and up to **40% remote work**. * 15 days of remote work from any EU country to visit your family. * 25 vacation days per year, plus an additional day after 3 years with the company. * Half-day off to celebrate your birthday. * Private health insurance with discount. * Discounted membership in Urban Sports Club. * Office located in central Barcelona. * “Dog\-friendly” office. * Fresh fruit, beverages, and plenty of snacks. * Social events such as rooftop BBQs and seasonal parties. * International team. * Referral Bonus. **Do you have something to contribute to Degusta Box?
