The selected candidate will demonstrate a clear orientation toward service excellence and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: \- Address guests’ needs and ensure their experience is memorable from arrival through departure. \- Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and general customer inquiries. \- Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper guest service. ### **Requirements** • Experience in customer service and public interaction. • Commercial skills. • Experience in the tourism sector is valued but not mandatory. • Tourism-related studies (not required, but preferred). • Languages: Catalan/English/French (tourist-user level; advanced proficiency is not required).
