We are seeking a **Receptionist** with language skills who does not merely attend to guests—but truly enchants them: a detail-oriented, proactive, and deeply service-committed individual, willing to work as part of a team. We seek someone who goes beyond simple check-in, becoming the ambassador of the experience our hotel offers—capable of conveying the essence and quality of our service, making each guest feel unique and special from the very first moment. **What will you do?** * Be the friendly face of the hotel, offering a warm welcome and efficiently managing check-in/check-out. * Attend to and fulfill guest requests, ensuring a pleasant stay. * Handle telephone calls and keep guests informed. * Perform billing and cash collection tasks, including currency exchange. * Ensure smooth communication when handing over relevant incident information from one shift to the next. * Execute precise and responsible cash register control and closing procedures. * Strictly comply with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff. **Essential requirements:** * Minimum 12 months’ experience in similar roles, preferably in hotels of comparable or higher category. * Proficiency in English, Spanish, and a third language (German or French preferred). * Availability for immediate start. * Relevant professional training is valued.
